Livestock

Great care is taken whilst packaging Livestock, however we will not be held responsible in any way for damage or loss during transit and is done entirely at buyers risk. Corals are individually triple bagged, some are floated using polystyrene blocks, heat/ice packs are used when needed with no extra cost. As no Courier will insure Livestock all our Livestock is not guaranteed. Orders arriving late or damaged must have this fact written on the signature slip upon delivery, if this is not done Marine Corals cannot be held responsible for the contents of the package. All problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Livestock Delivery Charge

Livestock delivery charge start from £8.50. Shipping cost depends on the weight of Livestock. You can order for up to 20 corals for £14.50. All Livestock will be shipped via APC Overnight for Next Day before 4pm delivery. Pre 12.00 O’clock delivery is available for an additional £7.00. We ship Monday-Thursday for Tuesday-Friday delivery. Please add to your payment information which day we should post.

Livestock Collection

Livestock collection is free and available from Streatham Hill, London SW16 strictly by appointments only. Please contact us to arrange collection.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered. All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order.

Corals Pictures

Pictures are taken under 250W 20k or 14k halides. There is absolutely NO PHOTOSHOP or tweaking of the colours in any way, but depending on your lights the corals may appear slightly different. Camera used: Konica Minolta Z10 - selected photos are the most identical to real colours in our tanks.

Returns

We do not accept corals or inverts returns. There is a £20 restocking charge for the item returned. We will only accept these goods if they are returned in unused and new condition. We will then undertake the refund of the purchase price. It is the customers own responsibility to pay for the return of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to arrange return of goods to us and meet any expense incurred through doing this. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the goods.
